Raw Materials
Virgin iron ore, coal, and dolomite — sourced and brought to our DRI plant.
DRI Kiln
The three raw materials are processed together in a rotary kiln to produce sponge iron.
Sponge Iron
The kiln output — a porous, reduced form of iron — goes directly into our own electric furnace.
Electric Arc Furnace
Sponge iron is melted at high temperatures into liquid molten steel, ready for casting.
CCM + Rolling Mill
Continuous casting machine shapes billets, which are hot-rolled into precision rebar profiles.
TMT / Cooling Process
Thermex rapid water quenching creates a hard martensitic outer layer with flexible ferrite core.
